Reflections is a home based studio located on 13 rolling acres of scenic farmland in Rockfield, Kentucky. A natural and comfortable environment for your photographic experience.

We offer many beautiful outdoor settings including a natural spring-fed creek, an arched bridge walkway, a rustic stone wall, and many others. Reflections also offers formal studio portraiture and natural window light photography in addition to our great outdoor settings. Our studio embraces not only traditional film photography but has also entered into high tech digital photography. Because we shoot digitally we can give you your choice of having your portraits printed in beautiful full color, old fashioned sepia-tone or true black and white. By special request we will also offer many custom coloring techniques such as hand colored black and white and white photos, unique watercolor and oil-painting textures for portraits printed on canvas.

Reflections Studio hours are by appointment only. Portrait sessions are scheduled Monday through Thursday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Weekend appointments are available on a very limited basis. We allow one hour for most sessions although the actual shooting time is much less than that. We like to have time to go over your thoughts and ideas for your session and also allow time for small children to become comfortable. For most family, children and baby sessions we suggest selecting one outfit and bringing along a second if time and tempers allow! For high school seniors we like to schedule a longer session to allow for more clothing and set changes. The best time of day for outdoor photo sessions is in the late afternoon due to the way our outdoor scenes are set up. Window light sessions are done in the morning between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. Our knowledgeable staff is happy to work with you to find the right time of day to schedule the session you prefer.

Directions to Studio

From Interstate 65
Take Exit #20 (William Natcher Parkway). Once you are on the parkway you will take Exit #5 (68-80 also known as Russellville Rd.) Turn left on 68-80 and go 5.8 miles. Turn right on Briarcreek Drive. Reflections Studio will be on your left. The street address is 141. The studio is at the rear of the house.
